These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Prime Laundry Rentals LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or renting equipment from us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

We provide washer and dryer rental services, including delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal, subject to availability and location.

Equipment remains the property of Prime Laundry Rentals LLC at all times.

  1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Provide accurate and complete information

  1. Rental Terms Ownership

All equipment remains owned by Prime Laundry Rentals LLC. Renting does not grant ownership or equity in the equipment.

Proper Use

You agree to:

Use equipment for normal household laundry only

Follow manufacturer guidelines

Avoid misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

You may not sell, sublease, relocate, or tamper with the equipment without written permission.

  1. Payments & Billing Fees

Rental fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Method

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments.

Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, we may:

  • Pause service
  • Charge applicable late fees
  • Schedule equipment pickup
  1. Maintenance & Service

We cover normal wear, maintenance, and service issues.

You are responsible for damage caused by:

  • Misuse or negligence
  • Improper hookups
  • Flooding, fire, or vandalism
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  1. Replacement & Downtime

If equipment becomes inoperable, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace it as quickly as possible.

We do not guarantee specific replacement timelines unless explicitly stated in writing.

  1. Access to Property

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for:

  • Delivery
  • Installation
  • Maintenance
  • Replacement
  • Removal

Failure to provide access may result in service delays or additional fees.

  1. Cancellation & Termination Customer Cancellation

You may cancel service by providing notice as outlined in your rental agreement.

Company Termination

We may terminate service for:

  • Non-payment
  • Misuse of equipment
  • Violation of these Terms

Upon termination, equipment must be made available for pickup.

  1. Damage, Loss, or Theft

You are responsible for equipment that is:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Severely damaged beyond normal wear

We reserve the right to charge replacement or repair costs.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior 3 months

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Laundry Rentals LLC from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of equipment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Damage caused at your property
  1. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality
  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity
  1. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Prime Laundry Rentals LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
